i did decent today, getting better breakfast- half egg omlette- 190.5 cal 1 strip bacon- 41 cals lunch- oatmeal rasion granola bar- 90 cals inbetween- 2 french fries- 10 cal [holy crap] 18 fl.oz. of soda- 261 cal [omg] (these were forced :/) dinner- 1 1/2 pieces of pork chop- 180 cal half baked potato- 65 cal and later on one cup of tea w/milk & honey- about 90 cal total- 927.5 cal cw: 96 gw: <90 not too bad, as long as i stay well under the 1300 range im good and tomorrow will start working out in the cardio room for a half hour everyday after school Current Location: my room Current Mood: excited
