i didnt eat dinner yet but so far im doing well.

breakfast=
1 1/2 small pancakes w/3 chocolate chips- 34 cal
6 oz. orange juice(need those vitamins & calcium!)- 82.5 cal

lunch=
small pretzels package- 100 cal
water- 0 cal

dinner=
1 small piece of pork chop- 120 cal
1/2 small baked potato- 65 cal

total cal intake for the day= 552.5
amazing!!!

also i went running for a half hour 10mph about 3 miles -- 396 cal burned
so im already in the negatives.

i did decent today, getting better

(these were forced :/)

ok i did reallyreally bad yesterday...
my mom took me to the diner for lunch and i couldnt resist the french toast
and you know how diners always give you too much food
i like almost finished the french toast and bacon portions
so i was full for like the rest of the effing night
so i feel like shit.

so much for self control.
im working myself slowly into the restrictions
right now i just eat half of whatever meals my family feeds me.
its hard to do this without them noticing

my friend who slept over even said to me this morning
"why do you worry about this stuff? i think you have an eating disorder" and then laughed
because she was joking
i guess i talk about these subjects too much in real life and not realize it
i suck at this pro-ana lifestyle so far

okay so im new to this site
i actually signed up and joined the proanorexia community when i saw an article in teen vogue about pro-ana. so i googled it and the first thing that came up was the livejournal proanorexia community. so here i am.

you girls have inspired me to lose weight.
im already a petite girl, 4'11 1/2" and about 97 pounds
my goal weight is under 90 pounds.

so im gonna take advice from the posts on that community, eat very little and exercise double
this shouldnt be too hard right?
